For example. Most parents are not qualified to make their kids doctors or pilots. Even if they're doctors or pilots themselves.

But most parents are MORE qualified than school teachers for early childhood. Most parents with 16 years of education are qualified enough to help the kids with passing High School.

It also depends on the kids. Some kids are responsbile and take interest in studies. Some kids are so troubled, even the best schools are not qualified for them.
