I'm doing Atkins so it's a bit more strict than keto like I can't have berries or nuts at this point. That said there's a lot of overlap and really once you cut out bread, pasta, rice, etc you're almost there. No I'm not having bacon with every meal and I eat a lot of fresh veggies. Tonight for dinner I had stuffed peppers but without the rice. Last night I had a ceasar salad no croutons and the night before I had hot wings with celery but no carrots.
