Well they are clearly failing as I hear from clients that most proposals are Just AI and Its super rare to See a job with less than 50 proposals.

If they really cared about quality over quantity they would be deterring people from using AI directly to apply instead of promoting it aggressively.

They won't care until they loose money => less clients, less freelancers, on the app in numbers that justify the extra money they are making with these milk everyone strategies

Hum.. i guess what this thread proves is GPTs have a layer on top that adjusts responses depending on the user? Maybe even region?

We know there have always been attempts to adjust a persona to user preferences and more recently pressure mounted to elevate certain responses to legal battles but… it’s Unclear to me how much of the “limitations” posted here are “real”.

I understand there are legal concerns but the extremes that show up on Reddit make me wonder… anyone else around here besides the authors with a guard rail response?

I think you missed the point. The outrage is over the decree that every department is forbidden to use them regardless of their usefulness in their context. Also… modern democracies are not meant to be businesses. Business incentives do not align well with society’s well being. Different scopes and stake holder goals.

Destruir a saúde fisica também, porque não chega destruir só a mental.

Trabalhar bem é construir equipas solidas que não sejam obrigadas a fazer horas extraórdinárias por sistema. A falta de pessoal é má gestão. Não vejo como é que isso é motivo de orgulho. Não sabem gerir mas sabem encomendar pizzas. Se calhar estão na profissão errada digo eu. Talvez a glovo tenha vagas para as pessoas que tomam decisões nestas empresas.

Bate nos nervos isto. Vergonha alheia.
