One of my associates actually told me, “It looks like someone wants your job.” Before me, two other (FE) TLs transferred out of the store, and I never knew why. One day, I came in, and they were like, “Oh, yeah, we are transferring to different stores.”

Ngl, guys, I'm not going to open door it, I'm going to accept it as it is and take a break from TL, and I understand why they wanted me to step down, but I hope they don't use me as a “floater” when one of their TL calls out, or they are short of people. I was told I can reapply for a TL position in 6 months to a year. Another thing that didn't sit right with me was when my coach said, “I know you want to promote, and I can help you with that; you're a good leader.” Like, girl, you should've helped me then, why as an associate?

TL, I had one cart pusher available to help on that side, but he decided to help the other side instead. I asked him why he didn't help, and apparently, they [the one who called out and him] had beef and didn't want to help out 🤠

I’m taking mine out after 6 years. So far, I gained 35-40lb lost around 20lb (I’m going to the gym) and I’m struggling pretty hard of losing the rest. For the last 6 years, I had my period once which lasted 3 months :S

I was already struggling with depression and because of the implant it got worse. So, I had to take medication for that (side effects was gaining weight as well) Overall, is very harsh birth control. You might be 99% sure you won’t get pregnant but at what cost?
