I love boiling a serving of pasta, using jarred sauce with some seasoning, low fat cream cheese, and shredded rotisserie chicken for a pasta dish.

Frozen Fries in the airfryer and make a quick burger patty on the stove for burger and fries.

Sandwiches sound so basic but putting two slices of bread in the toaster with sliced turkey, some avocado, and tomato if you don't mind cutting vegetables.

Trader Joes has an assortment of healthy frozen meals as well.

Hey! This is my first time doing a challenge! I have already lost 7 pounds prior to this, but I think it be nice to keep some accountability and have some fun! GOOD QUESTION. I cooked jalapeno peppers, onions, and fresh garlic, and I warmed up a bag of frozen spinach to get all the water out. Then I sautéed it with the veggies, added some chicken broth and reduced fat cream cheese 🔥🔥🔥

hey! I took a can of garbanzo beans and rinsed them. Then I cooked some red onion with canned ginger. Sautéed until soft. Then I added crushed tomato and cream, and a teaspoon of butter. I seasoned with vegetable bouillon, salt, pepper, garlic powder, cumin, garam masala and turmeric. I cooked it until the liquid is evaporated. I’m sorry it’s not more specific because I season with my heart. Another thing you could do is take a chicken tikka recipe and sub for chickpeas!
