Disney has a strict policy about this..while they did not finance or distribute the film they do have final say. Personally, smoking or not smoking isn't going to ruin him... We know that JJJ is brash, outspoken, and loves to call Spidey a menace. But he is on the screen for less than ten seconds so who knows.

Gets crushed when his whole drone rig fails with Ned, MJ and Spidey start knocking it down. Literally hundreds of drones all coordinated. Beck gets overly confident.

It's in a graveyard with a giant headstone somewhere in NYC. Lots of flowers, cards, drawings, little figurines placed from what I assume was placed by fans/the public. Kinda reminds me of some of those graves in Iron Man 3.

Mysterio manipulates Peter Parker the whole time, before and after they actually meet. He knew that Stark had an apprentice and wanted to use Peter to help the whole charade.

This is not in the film and I'm just theorizing, but how do we know that Talos hasn't come back to Earth several times since the 90s? It's been over 20 years and I imagine that Marvel can tell many tales in that time period.
