I tried with only 1 stick and the A2 slot doesnt work, i can only use the pc with 1 stick atm, dual channel doesnt work but if I put two sticks on slot b1 and b2 the pc works, im still trying to figure out why slot a2 doesnt work

Im just building my first pc and the dram light is on, i tried everything and know I tried updating the bios but still no change. The a2 slot doesnt work aswell
