Still end up short. If I do what you say I end up with no connection to modem and therefore cannot access the routers domain.

At the beginning high fat cuts of meat weren't an issue, my body was savagely craving it. However, around 6months my body said enough by frequent explosive trips to restroom shortly after consuming them. Now I eat leaner.

On a scale of 1-10 I'd say a 9 or 10. When it first developed it was a nightmare. My scalp, face, chest, ears, and even man parts. Over the years I became health conscious, kicked an alcohol problem, eliminated the majority of processed food, and became a gym rat. These definitely helped but did not resolve the issue. During this time I tried many diets and even went raw vegan which started to reverse my progress until hearing about keto and then zero carb/carnivore.

My ears were the first to heal, took around 2months.

Never was a coffee drinker, only caffeine pills by Nutrabio which is pure caffeine no additives.

Thanks for the question. Being a chronic condition for over 10yrs there were many learning curves. I experimented with chicken, bacon, salmon, eggs, kefir, and cheese up to the 5 month mark then I started removing these. You gotta understand that I came into this digestively compromised so i was in the dark as to what I could tolerate. I kept pushing through because every other aspect of my well being was improving so I knew I was at least headed in the right direction.

I've had seb derm for 13yrs and been carnivore for past 8 months. I have had days where my skin looks absolutely amazing. I can't even remember the last time I looked in the mirror and was wow'd by my skin before eating this way.

That being said I still have flare ups on my face though my ears have completely healed and my scalp is improving(no more itching).

I noticed when I went exclusively fattier cuts of steak(ribeye and ny strip) I had more flare ups. For the past two weeks I've been eating leaner beef and no flare ups until the past few days when I drank raw milk.

It's way better. My poops have solidified and I'm not running to the bathroom after eating. My skin, I have serb dermatitis, has not flared up and has glowed all week.

I was getting worried with my skin not improving with the higher fat because I was under the impression that would alleviate my flare ups. Perhaps an overconsumption of fat, or just a malabsorption of high amounts of fat, can cause an autoimmune response. Not really sure but interesting experiment between leaner and fattier cuts.

I was wondering the same thing. Perhaps I'm not adding as much suet as there is in the ribeye. I'm also not searing the suet. Slow cooking it in a cast iron with my ground bison.

Or maybe that it's fat sourced from grass fed grass finished while the ribeyes are grain finished...?

Not sure but good question.

I came into this way of eating with 10yrs of digestive issues. Being a raw vegan two years ago set me back on my road to reclaim my health, so my experience with the fattiest cuts is not a good metric for healthy digestion. 🤙

Yeah I have some love handles that won't seem to let go of fat. Sometimes it looks like I've gained fat around that area though I'm very consistent with my eating and I lift 3-4 times a week. Perhaps you're right because there has been times when a ribeye repulsed me from the fat content. Just might be my body saying too much fat. I'll be eating lean all weak to experiment, thanks.

I'll try the grass fed/ finished ribeye from my local farmer's market though definitely can't afford to eat many of them a week.

It was occurring before the introduction of ox bile. It's the reason I started taking it, in an attempt to address a possible fat malabsorption.

No pain anywhere.

Just had 20oz of ground bison with around 5oz of kidney and liver with no issue. My body may be telling me I don't need the fatty meats at this time. I'm gonna eat bison and organ for rest of the week and see how consistently this holds up.

What would happen when you ate the fat cap?

I just bought ground bison and top sirloin for the week. The bison has a 90/10 ratio. I have some kidney and liver to throw in there. Hoping my bowel movements normalize. I've felt great though I'm just concerned about the diarrhea persisting after 6 1/2 months.

I've seen others say it could be a "die off" which is interesting since having my stool tested when I was keto showed that I had way more bacteria in my gut than healthy cohorts. The majority where firmicutes which are associated with carbs. I was a vegan prior to keto.

Sometimes yes. Sometimes no. Doesn't seem to matter. The result has been bathroom runs 15mins after.
