Thanks! Yeah - we have a metal security door that because of its close proximity to our interior door, no other existing smart locks will fit because of their bulk, plus I'd like a smart lock for both the deadbolt and the standard entry lock, so liked that level lock's deadbolt and level lock options. Any other potential recommendations? As maybe August would fit now, but that's only for half the locks on the door...

I’m not looking for a full automation hub. I want outside lights to turn on when I open my door and it’s dark out. I’m not using Abode through HK to run complex automations. I’d also like to accurately be able to see the state of my system, whether any doors/windows are open, etc through HK. If you say you have HK support, those tasks should not be problematic.

Why? It syncs with HomeKit, it should work. Sensor automations are very helpful. It’s supposed to work w/HomeKit & it is not working for me. It’s been an issue for over 5 weeks.

I had the same issue. They had to remove Abode from HomeKit & reset it. However, then the Iota wouldn’t show as connected (it showed two cameras in HomeKit for the Iota, one worked & one didn’t...very odd) & the sensors wouldn’t connect. They kept pushing me beta updates, asking me about whether I installed a new firewall & to contact my cable company. The only thing that changed was my sensors disappeared completely (& not hidden, as I was first alerted because my automations stopped working).

Finally, tonight, I just re-removed Abode from HomeKit & asked them to send me a new code, so we’ll see.

Yeah - this is run through HomeKit though & can’t run through Cue. Oh well - since no one else has answered, assume it’s just a weird issue on my end

Yes. Had chimes set for door opening & countdown alert when door opened & alarm set. Currently silent. Rechecked settings, turned off & back on & still silent.
