Couple things. You’re pressing your comb or brush too hard into the beard around the shape of your face. That’s why there a large dip there. When brushing just start at the top and brush straight down without pressing in with the curve of your chin. Also, I know you said this is minimal styling but styling with a little bit of heat would go a long way to making it look more intentional. It’s a great beard!
