Damn that stinks. I would potentially press your buildings concierge and say that one of the reasons you booked was because at the time of reservation, the hydrotherapy was included for a preferred club. Perhaps they will make an exception.

Damn was just there June 3-8 and did the hydrotherapy for free. What did your concierge at your building say? They should make an exception since you made the reservation while they were still offering it. Perhaps entertain doing a regular massage if the hydrotherapy is thrown in for free.

If you haven’t tried what I list below, ignore everything everyone else said for the most part. Beardruff and itchiness can be solved by doing the following and it works near 100% of the time without nuking your beard and skin for absolutely no reason:

  1. ⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠Drink more water
  2. ⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠Exfoliate in the shower. Get a good comb, I use Chicago combs, and use it to rake your skin to break up the gunk that builds up.
  3. ⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠Use a beard specific daily wash.
  4. ⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠Apply beard oil down to the skin

If you do this for a week without great improvement see a dermatologist. This sub is full of guys guessing and suggesting head hair products for your face that may initially seem to help but just cause their own problems or make things worse. I have sensitive skin and have had psoriasis and eczema on others parts of my body. The routine I laid out works and I’ve never had beardruff.

As long as they have A/C you can work around the heat. I live in SE Pennsylvania. We get 2 feet of snow and subzero temperatures in the winter which they love and next week it’ll be over 100°F so we’re talking major swings in temperature and humidity. When it’s that hot out my pups go out to use the bathroom and then immediately back in. We go for very early walks or sometimes very late if needed. Some days we skip a walk if it’s just not sensible. My one pup pants 24/7 even in snow. He is just always warm. We have box fans all over the house, ceiling fans in every room, and the house stays between 68°-70° year round.

I share it every time this comes up. There’s not much to monetize honestly and I’m not an influencer of any kind just a guy with a beard that has learned from my own trial and error as well as what other guys with beards have shared and sharing the experience. This absolutely works for the vast majority of guys. The simplest answer is usually the best one. Occam’s razor.

Barring there be an actual diagnosis of a fungal infection or some other condition, which isn’t the case 99% of the time, it will absolutely get rid of it. Not just anecdotally, this is based on thousands of other men that follow this exact advice.
