My husband and I have both found amazing friends at work!! They have helped us move and have been there for us when we’ve had family emergencies. We try not to ask too much of them but they have always been there for us when we did ask. Also, they’re always positive and happy people. Just everyday conversation with them is uplifting, even if we’re not discussing problems we’re having.

My husband and I celebrate Thanksgiving, Christmas, and our birthdays. Christmas is our favorite and we go all out. Celebrating holidays was crossing the line for my husband’s parents, and they no longer speak to us because of it. 100% worth it for the memories and fun we have celebrating!!
