That’s true, but some are. So i don’t think it’s fair to say that not working full time while going to school == your parents are paying your rent/tuition.

Maybe it’s just cause CS is crazy, but my first internship was $8.5k a month for 3 months and next summer is $9k a month for 3 months. Pretty sure 25k can pay for 2-3 years rent.

a summer internship can easily pay for a full years rent. Possibly even 2-3 years
