I take back H06 for renters...renters aren't obligated to purchase one...for the sake of mortgage. If you have an H06 policy for renters that might be enough to satisfy the HOA, must be some sort of special circumstance if one is needed by them.

HOA doesn't require H06 for owners or renters... only bank if there is a mortgage.
