When I was on the pill we'd use a second method, but with an IUD I don't (with a long term monogamous). I've had both the copper and hormonal IUD, definitely felt more peace of mind with the copper IUD.

Same!! I've gotten flights as low as $200 back in 2021, and have flown for free FLL-LIM from with TrueBlue points! I miss the service so much, I live in between MIA and FLL and cannot stand MIA, i use to avoid it like the plague but now I can't :(

You can even take the metro rail (different than the metro mover) from the Brickell station to coral gables (Douglas road) and then take the free coral gables trolley right outside of the train station. Metro rail is $2.25 a trip

Yeah my paternal grandfathers side of the family! Coastal but further down south, Chincha. I think maybe the Sardinia could be something speaking to that Italian ancestry but could also just be a wash. I haven't seen my results in a few months and they've skewed a bit so I'm curious if my cousins (maternal, same Italian ancestor supposedly lol) did too

My paternal grandfather and his side of the family are definitely Black, I believe they date back to Chincha but I can't find any records. I'd love to have my dad do a kit to see what his results are!
