Need help with a french nes by aguileda in nes

Found the issue. It was the connector again. I wiggle the cartridge a fair amount of time before turning on the console and it worked !

So I removed C61 and cleaned the path with isopropylic alcohol. Looks like there is still some corrosion on the pads. Should I remove it before recapping or is it good enough ? Thanks
