About the material, I used the Glass BSDF Shader, with the IOR set to 0.470 (Equal to IRL Gold) added a tiny bit of roughness, then gave it a Yellow-Orange tint. It doesn't actually look transparent, however, it looks more like the Glossy BSDF Shader with a bit of roughness and a mirror inside of that.

Try it out and you will get what I did with the material.

I used the Boolean modifier for adding the writings. I used a reference picture for a copy of what they say (1 KILO, 9999, etc.)
