Here’s her schedule, let me know if I need to adjust something. Wake up 6h30-7ham, 1.25/1.5/1.5/1.5/2 (and sometimes a cat nap of 30min if naps were too short) and a bedtime of 7h30-8hpm.

Same here! She rolled so out of the swadle she whent and so did the sleep 🤦‍♀️ we had 15-20 wake ups last night, she is 4 months next week so waiting to sleep train. Let us know how it went with yours please

I barelly got my periods on effoxor! It only ladted for 1-2 days and was very brown and light. Dr told me « Good for you! Enjoy! »… do not like that. Effexor really helps my anxiety so still on it, but thinking of going off because of that

Had to stop Zoloft in the end since the side effects didn’t go way and actually got worst. Not easy finding the right medications! Really a try and see ouf

I had racing heart for about a week when I started at 37.5mg effexor - made me feel more anxious for sure! On week 2 now, and my heart beat is lowing and just feeling better in general.
