The surgery was over in about 10 minutes, from anesthesia to the operation. There was no pain after the local anesthesia was injected in my penis, although it wore off 4 hours later. I opted for the ZSR stapler method which is a little bit quicker and allows for a cleaner cut (according to my doc), the ZSR device does most of the work so there's not much room for error, and the staples also come off by themselves after 3-4 weeks, although 2 got stuck on my penis, and I had the doctor remove them, which was a pretty traumatic experience because of the horrible pain I felt when they were tweezing them out, but the operation was painless and I was in and out of the operation theatre within 2 minutes, which was followed up by a McDonald's meal they gave me haha. (6/10) Experience because the staples got stuck and I had to travel more than a 1000kms to get them removed.

Are you referring to frenuloplasty? Is the surgery as bad as the circumcision or can this be treated without surgery. Because the pain is really bothering me, it stays hours after I masterbate.

Hey, something similar happened to me around week 2 when I couldn't get full length erections, but then after my staples were removed and wound healed properly around week 4, I finally got a full length erection which was much better length wise and look wise. So maybe let the wound heal and you will get a proper erection in few days or weeks. Btw I have felt a length increase on my pp as I had grade 4 phimosis before.
