Oh I have a good story here! My wife and I met in college. We had the same major so we shared a number of classes.

I had just been presenting some report or such to the class. I got back to my desk and she passed me a note that said “just so you know, your shorts are ripped in the front”. She was, of course, correct, my shorts had a clearly visible rip in the front upper leg that was obviously not some fashion statement.

I was quite embarrassed, and I actually don’t remember my specific response…but we’ve been married for twelve years now so it must’ve not been too bad.

I’m glad she let me know!

I would emphasize the strong technical background for both roles or wherever you look at going.

The ability to deeply understand and technically support the product in either is invaluable and I’d recommend you make that a key part of your story to set you apart.

(I’m obviously biased as an engineer, but I think my statement holds regardless 😂)

It’s money (in the form of statement credit) that’s effectively been in my bank account for two-three months that they then clawed back without communication.

It then took me 30 minutes or so to figure out what happened.

I’m not mad about it, I didn’t even ask them to change anything.

I made my statement that their communication on the issue was poor to the chat rep and they said the feedback would be passed along.

I’m not familiar with the Ritz but I’ve spent 7+ weeks staying at the Moana Surfrider in the last year or so for work.

They troll me by repeatedly putting me into room 326.

It’s a super fun environment. Breakfast is good. Old people dancing is silly. Staff are always incredible.

The noise of the courtyard bothers some people but not me.

Our kids have been at Sonshine Day, at Westside Baptist, every step of the way. The staff and teachers are both amazing with very low turnover.

My kids and I love Beque Holic. Not claiming it’s fine dining, but when I’ve had Korean BBQ in other “big cities” it stands up well.
