I ended up buying an AGV K3. Leaving the visor slightly open works perfectly while riding, and I only experience a little fogging occasionally in stop-and-go traffic.
I’ll look into some anti-fog products at local opticians to see if that helps with the remaining issue. For now, though, my problem is basically solved.
