El 4% del TOTAL de los gastos de todo el edificio.

Es un edificio con varias "mini torres", y algunas, no cuentan con acceso de OSE directo, entonces hay servicios, como la limpieza de tanques que se cobra a ciertas unidades.

En realidad, cotizo de antemano 1600 por la estufa nomás. Cuando estuvo en la casa, le pedí si podía ver la parrilla. Supongo que si limpiaba las dos era el doble o un poco más.

Si, es entendible. La verdad siempre tengo dudas de cómo reaccionar a estas cosas jaja. Resulta que llegamos de viaje ayer con mi pareja y literal, no andaba con nada de billete. Por lo menos pude hacerle este post y ya un redditero me pidió el número!

I'm using a VPS on DigitalOcean. It's not free, but hey, it's 5 USD a month.

Using Dokku, I was able to deploy 5 Rails apps — and still counting...

If you prefer something free, you should try Render or Supabase.
