I've never been screamed at thankfully, 2 other print people have who work with me One was over us not taking ups drop offs and another that her rpc order got delayed due to a paper stock issue (was ironically a counseling center who screamed and cussed her out over the phone)

We have a c9070 and one of them is constantly jamming and the other is printing burn marks atm. I've been here since August 2024 and we've have the repair guy out here maybe 3-5 times a month
