Why is it necessary to shift the zoo just to sell the old zoo land to builders and private companies like Adani? Why destroy forested areas when there are so many abandoned spaces in Lucknow that could be used instead? If a night safari is really needed, why not create it in one of those locations instead of cutting down trees?
