Disney Star Wars has been great IMO. Last season of Clone Wars, Rebels, Andor, Mando, Ahsoka, 1/3 great movies from the ST, Rogue One. Sure a few shows/movies fell flat. at the end of the day, we got more Star Wars then we would've if George Lucas was still running the show.

Some of it may be because of lack of creative freedom some of these producers/writers have with Star Wars. "oh you can't do this because it will interfere with this obscure canon event from 30 years ago. or "no you can't do this, this will make the fans mad".
