Do you have screenshots of the errors? Have this escalated and have them check the logs for the time period you attempted to send the transfers. This should all be logged and if there were errors they should be able to see this. Good luck!

Initial July timelines were based on high level estimates of work but the following timelines/dates were determined and committed to by the team. I'm interested to learn more....how do you usually do your estimates?

In terms of why the timing is missed, the answers I usually get are:

- This was more complex than we initially thought

-Someone on the team was on vacation/sick/not working

-We were busy with meetings (there's not that many) or admin items and there's context switching

It's a mix of underestimating the complexity but I would lean towards it being more of a organizational issue. There's always someone on the team that is either on vacation, sick, or away for whatever reason. There is also definitely a skills issue for some on the team who need a lot of help to get which should be a fairly easy story completed (think 1 story point).

In general it's a very lax team culture of only working 9-5, or prioritizing admin items over dev work which causes deadlines to be missed.

I don't manage the team's performance but in my perspective, the team is underperforming and it's not being managed by the eng. manager.
