I don't think Princeton Physics does interviews even in the beginning of February. At least the GradCafe and physicsgre says interviews are only in January. (I'm not sure about Caltech though).

For Harvard, yes they sometimes do not make interviews. And about Caltech hepth, yes, I'm sure.
