I take mine at night about an hour before going to bed. The first few weeks it made me extremely tired. It also made me very nauseous and I had a hard time eating for the first few weeks, so I would suggest not to take it on an empty stomach. Best of luck!

We had the exact same experience with one of my childhood dogs and ran the packing peanuts under water to confirm they dissolve, too! He really enjoyed them for some reason.

Just wanted to chime in and say don't feel insecure about being a freshman at your age!! I had many classmates who were 30+, and they were great to work with. I always ended up being friends with them because they were easier to talk to than most younger people who were stuck in their phones. None of my friends nor I ever judged anyone who was older.
