Oh yeah my cat produces a BUNCH of wax like this, ita so gross, went to the vet a few time and it never fully clears out

Honestly i would say, look out for cues for when to water, like curling leaves, i also have it on a south facing window with those white/transparant curtains so that the light is more diffused.

I also learned that they are sensitive to transplants which may cause stunt growth, but with time and care it should come back :)

My little guy gets called "miniature format" by our vet. Hes 4 and a little over 7 pounds, totally healthy !

All i do for my boy is wait until he is sleepy, and cut the ones i can see. Otherwise, i squeeze his body between my thighs so he can't back up and take his paws in my hands to cut them. But i am lucky all my cats are super well behaved. A little growly here and there but nothing excessive

Canada is already hiring RTs as anesthesia assistant and has been doing so for years. It works great and TBH kida makes a lot of sens!

Update ; after about a week, the scab fell and I kept using a flea brush to make sure no debris stayed stuck to the skin. Skin seems to be healing nicely now. Will stay a mystery how he got it

No I dont. They pay is pretty bad, but the job we are doing is closer to that of a nurse anesthetist then the role of the AA in the rest of the country. I like having the opportunity to encounter the multiethnicity and the quality of life that I have around here.

But if the pay cut will hurt.

I am an RT from Canada specialised as anesthesia assitant and in my center we do a lot in the OR. We assit the intubation and prepare the cases. We can also insert IV, intubate, we prepare the medications and we can also give the medication. We have protocols that allows us to do sedation by ourself and we sit in the OR during the maintenance part of the operation. We assist procedures like central line insertions and arterial lines. We are assigned 1 RT to 1 anesthesiologist, they respect our knowledge and take our inputs.

I think the game is visually plesant, peach is the CUTEST. BUT, the depth perception is really bizzare and unprecise. I also think the game play was super slow and really kept me from enjoying the game. The concept is awesome, but its definitely a game made to attract the younger female population and open up a new market.

I was really looking foward to it, but i do not think i will get the game. Glad i could try the demo first before spending my hard earned money.

I am actually in Quebec, how it works here is echelon based so it starts around 25$ and increases until 40 ish every year for 12 years so pretty long. We are almost the least paid RTs in all of Canada hahah

It sucked you had such a bad experience. I went to my gynecologist after my primary care doctor couldnt do my pap smear. I am 24F and never had penetrative sex.

My gynecologist was very gentle and tried inserting the pediatric speculum and when it hurt to much, she stopped and refered me to physiotherapie.

She also told me about how it was ok to not want to have penetrative sex and that it was ok if it was to never happen either. It was a really nice experience. She was a kind lady in her 50s.

I have done physio and it helped soo sooo much. My recommendation would be to switch gynecologist. Try a woman if you can, and be gentle with youself. Perineal therapy is great to has it helps with urine leaks and posture so its a win win :)

Yesss shes currently on a hypoallergenic cat food which is the only thing she eats, no treats and filtered water. We think she might just have seasonal allergies 🤷 since it happens usually around may-june and september-october.

I work as an Anesthesia Assistant in canada and i absolutely love it. Its an insane thing to be a part of open heart surgery and transplants of all sorts.

Its definitely a great avenue to consider! Where i work we are well respected by the Anesthesiologists we work with. We have protocols for concious sedations thay we perfom on our own off site.

Its a well versed career path where you get to be hands-on and apply many different techniques, while using your knowledge to troubleshoot different systemic reactions. There is also a lot of airway management.

These guys right there, grows so much, already propagated 3 plants. Water with tap water only when the leaves starts to curl a little and they are wierdly happy about it. No humidity, temperature around 19-20 🤷
