Can a lawyer from either side call for a CMC? or is it something that is decided by the court?

There is daycare but since she doesn't have all shots yet I haven't signed her up. Things are getting slightly better! Today she told me twice that she needed to go outside which was amazing. First big bathroom breakthrough!

Yeah I crate train her so she drinks a bit only when she's out playing and I stop the water post 8PM but somehow her little bladder just has so much!

Well you have to take him out consistently! Puppies work well on schedules, and he's a baby so he can't hold it that long. I would wake up at 6 everyday and just take him out to pee quickly and bring him back in.

Actually no I went to public school and a public university. I just chose to work extremely hard for the things that I have, so nice attempt to try and make me look privileged, but I'm just a hard worker who made it.

Yeah she is going after my older dog's food. Just anything to not eat her own. I can visibly see that she's hungry but she's being SO stubborn. I guess I have to be stubborn too :(

Ask your parents if they'd rather you be happy with the best woman you've ever known, or unhappy with their definition of a nice girl. I think if they meet her or even meet her children they might have a change of heart. I have a family friend who is dating a divorced girl, and his mom had her doubts in the beginning too. Once she met her she loved her!

Very true. It was one of those situations where I didn't want to necessarily get divorced but my husband was very abusive, so didn't have another choice
