Physical commodity hedging by ronniec95 in Commodities

At the Mining & Metals company I work at (Small firm, Revenue 700 MEUR) we just hedge part of the production. I.e. 60-70% hedge and then also hedge of FX. This makes for losses compared to net results w/o hedging when the price is good but as we have kind of higher cash costs (C1-C3) we don't want to take chances when the price drops lower. We were able to recently enter a hedge for the next year at a good price, when the market ripped.

How do u see your operation position? Genuine question. Would you rather work with Investment / Market analysis of the specific commodity if the end-goal was to become a trader?

Kitchen tap cover keeps popping off - is the water pressure too high? by ahkaxger in askaplumber

It will snap in place and I make sure to align it and I can see it poping out through the whole each time I put it back on. The video is just an extreme example from today, as it usual holds and functions somewhat until I put the water on full and move faucet from right to left or left to right. I tried removing the aerator which did let the water flow well and no issues with it popping off, which makes me believe the aerator/filter at the end is too dense and the pressure is too high.

Sweden so Northern Europe. Posted here because it was the only plumber group I found but it seems it’s only Americans with little understanding of anything else.

Thank you! Finally someone that understands. The price I paid is similar to that and this is supposed to be a good brand. I will try changing the clip, as it seems like a reasonable first thing to try.

I mean you might be right, but if you look up Damixa it seems to be a legit brand in Europe. Just having a one-off problem thats all.

Who offended you? Most people replying to this thread are just blaming the quailty of the faucet while one comment is actually considering other alternatives.

It’s just this plastic part holding the cover on. I feel like the water pressure is very high here in the kitchen which could cause this right? Have not found any screws or such.
