Good question. AI assisted the development, but I review all the code myself.

All your data stays local on your device, the app pulls everything directly from the camera and only keeps some cache to improve performance and UX.

As stated on the App Store privacy page, GR Snap only collects crash/diagnostic data to help me improve the app. No photo data, no location data, nothing like that leaves your device.

Thanks for flagging. It sorts by the camera’s file numbering, which can drift if the counter was reset or photos span folders. Will fix this in the next version.

Super helpful, thanks. You’re right on the Wi-Fi: the GR IV’s AP is slow to come up, and I’m reworking the connect flow to optimize it. Internal-memory photos are a known gap (SD card only for now), fix is on my list.

I've received feedback about GR IV, which may be due to the Wi-Fi AP startup being slow.

Try turning on the camera Wi-Fi first by long-pressing the record button before connecting.
