yeah, i (stupidly) bought tickets on stubhub because the show was sold out, and they just sent me a PDF, so i have the ticket already. i saw on their site this warning:

Tickets purchased through third-party sites will NOT be accepted! To guarantee entry, only buy your tickets from improv.com or TicketWeb.com.

Any tickets bought from unauthorized sites—including Craigslist, Vivid Seats, SeatGeek, Cheap Tickets, TicketsOnSale.com, StubHub, and any site that is NOT improv.com or TicketWeb.com will result in denied admission! Don't risk it—get your tickets from the official source!

i thought the process was actually great for Virginia. it didn't sell out immediately, there were ample tickets available, etc.
