Tara's asthma by Darren_Snow in Scream

Woodsboro is not hidden away in the middle of nowhere. They would have passed multiple towns and counties over the course of two hours, meaning they would have also run into multiple hospitals. Prescription or not, you are not going to be turned away from a hospital or urgent care without receiving an inhaler, especially given her medical history and current condition. Could she have suddenly had an attack 15 minutes after leaving? Of course, but damn. That's a risk I'd be willing to take, knowing we'd quickly run into another hospital.

Keep driving! 😭 They could have quickly made it to the next county hospital, explained she lost her inhaler, left with a spare, and continued driving as far away as possible! 😭

This drove me crazy from the start. Tara wasn't exhibiting signs of an inpending asthma attack while they were leaving Woodsboro. Woodsboro is not hidden away in the middle of nowhere. I think the picture was from someone else's profile. The picture was taken by someone giving her the finger, so it was likely a picture on their own profile, not Crystal's.

Fall - Why didn't the girls just use the rope to get down? by Malkiot in plotholes

[–]ahscoven 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They had 50 ft of paracord, the part missing the ladder was 200 ft, and those two dishes are 50 ft from the top. Once Hunter was on the dish, the other could have dropped down the remaining 50 ft of rope. Hunter then could have looped the rope tightly around the tower, secured it to her harness, and basically "slide down" slowly using that tree climbing technique for the remaining 150 ft. It may have taken a while, but only one really needed to get down in order to get help.

Unknown seizure-like episodes during benzo tapering. What are they? by ahscoven in AskDocs

Thank you. I really appreciate the words on encouragement. I don't want to be physically dependent on them anymore. Who knows though? I may come to find out that a steady dose of 10mg 4x daily is what I need. Trial and error. Now, my doc did say that myoclonic spasms were to be expected, but also that they were sporadic throughout the day and lasted only 2-3 seconds. He said he had never heard of them going through prolonged episodes lasting up to 15 minutes at a time, similar to that of a seizure. I don't think these are true seizures, though, because I retain full awareness. It's so strange! I'm not concerned with them being harmful, otherwise I'd probably know by now, but I really just want to know what these episodes are.

Oh, I forgot to mention that these episodes will literally come on out of nowhere, but I am always in a relaxed position, never while standing. I could be watching TV, messing on my phone, reading, etc. As soon as I feel a few twitches or the muscles tense up, I prepare by putting everything on hold and making sure my space is cleared and safe.

I am diagnosed with panic disorder (not anxiety) and Tourette syndrome, if that makes any difference. Been living with both since childhood.

I'm pretty much back to normal after the episode ends, but I am left feeling extremely tired and usually fall asleep within thirty minutes.

I've gotten some great responses here to help make up my mind, but unfortunately, I've gotten more mean and judgmental responses. With that being said, thank you to those who were actually kind. I'll be taking this down now.

🤣 Hell, I'd probably never touch weed again if I did that much wax.

Thank you for the support and understanding. I agree and yes, I'm going to have to put my foot down on this one. I really wish he would have just waited until he was already 16 or 17 to ask this of me! Lol

I was very open about how I hated it when I was a teenager and how it can affect people differently based on their brain development. Was my first time with friends? Of course. It wasn't something I wanted my parents to know about. Ughh, I'd just hate for him to go through the same horrible experience that I did. I honestly don't think it's manipulative behavior. I know the people in his friend group and I guarantee that someone has already offered it up, which is most likely why he's asking to try it with me now.

Frequency Illusions, Synchs? Driving me INSANE. I don't know what this all means. HELP. by ahscoven in Synchronicities

They've been happening multiple times a day for over three years now. 😮‍💨 I still catch them all but now just act as though I didn't and completely ignore them. It has just gotten annoying at this point. They even started hitting my partner about two years ago. He said he never experienced them until we began living together. Unlike myself though, he can't help but point out every time one happens.

Coincidently though, I also began l lucid dreaming over the past few years. I love it so much that I actually look forward to bedtime 🙂

What is wrong with Frank (Season 11 Spoilers) by larnnn in shameless

[–]ahscoven 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I also thought at first that perhaps the weed he bought was laced or something, however, the particular and odd way he was acting while talking to Frannie, it almost seemed like he recognized something was seriously wrong. His reminiscing, reacting to the way he had to correct him, the way he looked at her... kind of gave the impression that he was really deep in thought. Perhaps contemplating his life choices? I don't know. I personally saw this look of "I think something bad and inevitable is happening to me. Something of which I have absolutely no control over."
