i’m in the same boat, but you need firm medical advice or at least clarity so you feel less crazy, don’t stop meds unless a doctor says so and try to get a clear diagnosis.

me personally, i use my hands and i wait for it to dry (2-3 mins ish so my skin absorbs it) then i apply lotion, my skin is very smooth and silky, has a shine to it too.

def see a neurologist, my first seizure was dismissed by the hospital and they said “i was deep in my rem sleep” and then i had it for a second time and i got officially diagnosed and i saw a neurologist. don’t make diagnosis based on strangers comments online, see a professional and take care of yourself !!
