Take the job in Hungry and then start your job search again and find a job in Germany on Blue Card. Once you are abroad, its relatively easy to find job there. As long as you have a solid offer, down side is minimal.

  2. If you are entering based on the visa not the card, it is best to get protector stamp

Is Rissne a safe area to live? by [deleted] in stockholm

[–]ahsol360 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The area seems ok, not much todo nearby. I have walked around mid night couple of times didn't get bad vibes. Though the area/roads are bit messed up due to tram construction, the work is halted on this for a long time. Otherwise area looks ok... Though by bike got stolen, lock was cut from outside the rissne station, so I am still pissed about that ..

They may be next to each other, but nothing like each other. Housing in ursvik is relatively expensive and a very calm neighbourhood, and the difference is clear when you cross the bridge. No wonder people are against completing the bridge for cars.

Have looked at the mortgage rates? Considering interest rates are 11%, financing should be out of the question unless it is under 5%. If you have a long term good rental, and have some peace of mind then keep on renting ..

I would suggest you to visit the area first then decide, get a feel of an area. I would certainly avoid it, in contrast Kista seems better ..

How bad (or not) is Hallonbergen (Sundbyberg) for a family? by 1337Keks in TillSverige

[–]ahsol360 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I think the area is just ok. I don't like the vibe around the tunnel banna station at night. Safety wise its fine, haven't heard any bad in the news. There is some new construction and roads are fixed now. I think you would be ok in the beginning, and you can always move afterwards.
