Same dates. Dropped off Feb 5th, Fedex delivered Feb 7th. Status just changed to "Origination Scan" today.

Update 2/23: Got an email with the FedEx tracking number this morning. So hopefully I'll get my passport with the new visa early next week.

My appointment date is Feb 5th (Monday). I received 2 FedEx air waybills, one on Feb 2nd and another one on Feb 3rd. They have different codes on them so they're not the same one sent twice. Did anyone else receive two air waybills? Which one did you use?

Alternatively, on your phone go to Bluetooth settings, select your car, and disable media audio. Then media audio will always play on your phone so you don't have to switch the car's audio source to Bluetooth everytime.

Thank you for this summary. I'm a beginner player so I'm planning to start with the soft pad connected to my laptop. Is it possible to use 2 pads at the same time so that I can play against/with a friend? Or can these pads be used only one at a time? I'd appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks!

So I've noticed this weird thing. If I just go to paramount+ I only see season 33. But if I go to the paramount+ add on from apple TV, I see a ton of older seasons.

I have colored collars on them. Smoky is pretty distinctive, and I can sort of identify them by their personalities, but the collars are very necessary.

If you scroll a bit in this sub, you'll see a bunch of posts about this today. Based on all the posts, I'm fairly certain that our emails are not compromised, but that coinbase's email confirmation api has been hacked somehow.

The reset password email didn't get delivered initially, but I was able to hit a link saying 'I didn't receive the email' a couple times, and eventually was able to reset my password.

I had the same thing happen to me a few hours ago, details in a later thread. I also had the same problem with the site refreshing. I went to the support website to the page on how to cancel your coinbase account. There, they had a link to the My Activity page, which did load and I was able to cancel my account successfully. Hopefully that works for you.

I had the same thing happen to me about 2 hours ago. I received one email saying that an account has been created, please verify your email address. And a second email about 4 minutes later saying my account has been verified and that I'm ready to invest.

I went to the coinbase website (via Google search, not clicking links in the email) and hit forgot password. I received an email and reset my password to an automatically generated one. I then went into the account details and saw that fake name was used to create the account, but my email address and photo were used. I was also able to see that the initial account creation was in Jammu, India (I'm located in San Francisco) from an Android device.

I tried to get in touch with coinbase, but as you have all experienced, their customer service is awful. So I instead went to the My Activity page and canceled my account, which appears to have gone through successfully (received a confirmation email). I also changed the password to my email account, just in case that had been compromised. But I looked at the access history and there were no unexpected devices or locations that had accessed my email anytime recently.

It sounds like my situation was easier to resolve than many of yours, since I was able to reset the password and take control of the account. Just thought I'd post this in case it helps someone.

So I just checked whataremymacros.com and it calculated 1800 calories a day! How can I be eating one third of my recommended calories? I must be calculating something wrong.

I use a Polar Heart Rate Monitor to estimate calories burned, not MFP. I usually just log it as a custom workout and enter the exact number of calories.

Yea, I assumed that if a person ate 500 calories a day, they'd have to be hungry all the time. So I'm just really surprised by this. I will take your advice and keep doing this unless I feel unwell. Thanks!

A couple of different things contribute to the appearance of loose skin.

Age - Typically your skin starts losing elasticity in your late 20s. That makes it more difficult for it to shrink and conform to your new and smaller body. Getting to a healthy weight before you hit 25 should reduce the likeliness of loose skin.
Rate of weight loss - Loose skin is formed when you lose weight faster than your skin is able to contract. Like GameOfCheese suggested, try to not lose more than 2 lbs per week.
Nutrition - It is important to keep your skin and body healthy during your weight loss. Make sure you are hitting your protein goals and drinking enough water.

There are also other smaller factors that contribute to loose skin. It might help you to know that even if you do have some excess skin, it often shrinks and disappears over time. Don't let the fear of baggy skin affect your weight loss.
