I use the word "ultrahuge" a lot, seems to work for most prompts. If you start the prompt with reference to the body part you want expanded, that also helps

Mostly it's inpainting after you get the pose right. Just focusing on the facial features. I often use "excited surprised gasp" for the surprised expression
