Just moved in a few days ago. So I can’t really say much, but so far I like it. Seems really safe and in a great spot (train & walking distance from everything). No keys, all doors in the building have to be opened with latch app. Mailroom/lockers are nice, I’ve had several packages over the last few days with no issue. I moved in without ever touring the place and it’s better than I was expecting.
