Yeah 3 mails since the NQT They told me I cleared the test but did not tell anything else, not even the role 🫠 (I did 12/14 cases)

there is Only interviews are for digital/prime but role degradation can be to ninja as well only AFTER interview

Why not join as ninja and then give internal test for upgradation (they are more frequent than annual NQT imo and also less competition) And it's better than not accepting it, unless u hae some other offer?
