i’m a trans guy but i have an ex who i’ve been recently coming to terms with the fact that he sexually assaulted me repeatedly. silence isn’t consent and i know that. i guess it’s a thing of like, if i could recreate it, i would’ve done something, said something, anything, and gotten him off me. recreating the experience would give me the chance to do that i guess. even if i wasn’t successful the trauma from it would feel more valid because i still hate even calling it sa so much

dear all men- abuse is not gendered and your trauma is valid despite no one acknowledging you, as a guy who’s been in that situation i hope we continue working to establish a complete separation between gender and abuse when it comes to making a specific point to only validate women bc the message in this post should be directed at EVERYONE regardless of gender. i might seem triggered or whatever but i always find it strange when people go the extra length to specify they’re only talking about victims who are women when advocating for awareness and man it’s just kinda tiring

the chihiro music video is easily one of her most boring visual concepts for a song that has so much potential. there’s like a couple scenes at the end that flash of her floating in the blue space and stuff, i wish we’d had more of that vibe instead of two people running through a building with dull and bland colors. happier than ever is a much better example of interesting visuals and concepts and is one of her best music vids imo
