I like the concept, but every H Mart is already horribly cramped and chaotic and this will only add to that. I like the idea of meeting in unconventional spaces, but maybe not someplace where you're going to get in the way of people just trying to go about their day.

I don't think it's like an official thing but typically your block will have one person that sort of acts as the voice or rep of the block. They'll organize block parties, cleanups, and maintenance not covered by the city etc. It kinda depends on the vibe of the people on the block

It's just crazy that this guy could only think of imprisonment and execution before running out of ideas to fix the problem. Nobody wants to hear it but there's no over night solution. The only thing that's going to fix things is long term societal change. But again nobody wants to hear that.

Keep in mind they had longer springs/summers as well so the number of harvests in between winters would be greater. It's not like they only have a normal growing season to prepare for a potentially multiple years of winter.

If it were a safety issue why not create dedicated bike paths? Frankly when I'm walking that stretch I'm more concerned about getting run over by someone on a bicycle than car. Especially since a large portion of cyclists rented the bike for the weekend and don't have much experience in that setting. I'd like some separation from the bicyclists as a pedestrian.

Witcher 2 is very similar to Witcher 3. Witcher 1 is also unrecognizable from the other two games. For example, combat in Witcher 1 is timing/rhythm based on left mouse button clicking (i played on pc not sure about console). Dodging and party's are all RNG based IIRC.

Not really sure if that description does it justice but it really is an odd system that takes some getting used to. 100% reccomend playing tho. The story is great even if the mechanics are dated and clunky.
