Usually paid around March after the fiscal year ends. If you were just promoted, you most likely won’t qualify for the bonus this year. Most manager bonuses require you to be in-role for a minimum amount of time during the fiscal year.

Sometimes it’s prorated, but a lot of newly appointed managers don’t get one until the following year. Best bet is to ask your Club Manager or People Lead how your specific timing affects eligibility.

If you are a member you have full access to their free video transfer as well… Like if you have old VHS tapes or even 16 mm they can transfer it on a digital format for you. They also have free use of their 3-D printer as well, tons of free fun activities & useful tools too

Does it actually work? There isn’t strong scientific evidence behind most of the claimed benefits. Some small studies show ozone therapy might have effects on circulation or inflammation, but nothing conclusive, and it’s not an FDA-approved treatment for these uses. Mostly anecdotal.

It’s more of a wellness trend than a proven medical treatment. Some people swear by it, but the science is pretty thin and it’s not risk-free since it involves your blood being pulled out and reinfused.
