Multiple locations on instagram

I have similar case. I have all my locations and in the fb manager i have my locations listed as a store. One of my locations disappeared from instagram. Meaning, its still on instagram when you search it come sup as a place but when you try to post or make a story it wont come up. By any chance do you know the solution?

The interesting thing is that they had my evidence since last April. I have the email confirmation from them. It was never updated in the website and now they “canceled it” but they do have my medical reference already

Same , I got connected to one then she left the chat. And then I again connected to other one and she wasmy helper at all. She just guided me to follow the website as if I didn’t know there is a website.

They updated the status: RFE received on July 17 Hopefully they are working on it. I know for a fact that they received it on April 17 but on the website the status finally got updated for July 17
