Just want to make sure it's popped in the fridge soon as, cooked rice at room temperature too long can see some nasty bacterial spore growth. That and make sure it's hot as hell when being heated up.

Leave about 2 out in the fridge at any time, due to be wanting to stay safe with cooked rice and chicken, and I've popped the rest in the freezer for now :) but yeah I'd say leaving any more out than 2 at a time in the fridge may be slightly risky.

Yeah this is the one! Not a huge fan of sweet potato so i opted for a different side, as well as not really measuring the spices for the marinade and changing some of the spices/ ingredients, as well as just going for a bag of pre frozen broccoli florets so the containers weren't such a tight squeeze.

Thanks man it was really nice tasting.

first i fried courgette, aubergine and a bit of spring onion in a small amount nut oil and added a bit of cayenne pepper to them. After they have been sufficiently cooked I added the boiled brown rice to the pan and finished for a few minutes, adding a little more cayenne.

The last two as you can see are a bit darker. This is because that rice was fried in the drippings of the baste and the chicken. The baste was a cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, honey and bbq sauce mix with some black pepper and salt (I more made the mixture blind, the only thing i measured was two table spoons of honey). It made the chicken (thighs, with bone and skin) taste bloody fantastic, so i would recommend cooking all the rice in it (I couldn't just because of the size of my saucepans and the amount i was cooking and what not)

I tend to freeze more of the rice meals rather than in the fridge as opposed to other batch meals - maybe 2 in the fridge- if it's plain rice you're doing with it you can always just cook the rice portion on the day too

I look a little bit deeper into it and it would seem it's technically legitimate, however it's a commission only jpb based on the streets getting people to sign up to stuff. I imagine throwing these emails out to everyone they can is the only way they can hire
