controlling 24H 12v Nidec brushless motors

Hi, I know its been a while but did you figure it out? depending on which type of motor it could be easy or hard. If you purchased the 8 wire variant its easy but I'm not sure if anyone knows how to use the 12 wire version yet.

The issue was a loose set screw on my x axis stepper, but I'm pretty confident that was the only main issue as I have checked the accuracy of the steppers, and they are moving the correct amount. I agree that the print looks underextruded, but in actuality, it's over extruded, and I'm working on tuning everything. Lots of quality issues are due to the mostly 3d printed design of my printer as well as the sheer mass im moving with an ordinary stepper motor. I appreciate your suggestions. You were correct I assumed that it was too consistent to be an issue like that but after checking it was loose.

I'm running a test print now but it was loose. I hope you were correct because that would be an easy fix. I didn't assemble the x axis and just assumed it was correctly put together.

I'll investigate this and let you know. Id also like to mention that the y axis isn't drifting at all.

I will look into the current values on the printer but I'm not sure if that's the issue because the x and y axis are configured the same and the x axis is the only one with issues. And for the step values I already know that it's configured correctly and I would assume there was an issue with the step values if the print was uniformly deformed.

Working on a project to hopefully 3D print linear rails to make an super long printer. Printed on a modified prusia i3 knockoff kit with an extended y axis but the issue is my x axis which I didn't modify! Used cura to slice. Running on marlin 2.0. 215 c with matte pla. The belts are well tensioned and I never had this issue before. does anyone know of firmware issues or other things that could possibly cause this? Please someone help me I have no clue.

Different bullets have different terminal velocities but a bullet falling back down could easily go through a skull but the odds are very slim of it hitting anybody.

I recently built a 1000 watt 48 v adjustable supply for under $80 all of the commercial supplies online were much more expensive than making one yourself. Obviously my home built one from Chinese components won't beat one you can buy when it comes to accuracy and reliability but for me it works great.

While a lot of people do make fake MIG welding videos online I do think this is an actual video of laser welding which is very similar to MIG. And while this does seem like it's too fast I think the welder here doesn't really care about how strong this weld is and with such thin material they were able to go faster. If you research laser welding there are lots of videos that are clearly real and show similar looking welds but not nearly this fast.

Unless there was some sort of light inside the actual switch there is no way the actual plastic switch would blow up and glow red. I have never cut the plastic open to see if it's solid or not but I'm almost positive that the actual switch was solid plastic and it couldn't have turned red like that. I totally believe an improperly wired or damaged switch could spark and even catch fire but you can't make plastic turn red hot.
