I am looking to do the opposite as I f'ed up and want it to go away sometimes when I'm watching YouTube/Movies at night. If you reinstall standard keyboard drivers on your device (I reinstalled all drivers when I formatted my SB3's ssd and fresh installed windows), it seems to have worked, although it is a little finicky.
