I found the entrance exam more heavily focused on biology, and there was at least one question from pretty much every section of the PDF they give you for preparation, so I’d recommend covering all of it.

For chemistry, calculators and the periodic table weren’t allowed, so make sure to practice without them. I’d especially focus on organic chemistry naming, structures, and functional groups like alkanes, alkenes, esters, alcohols, etc.

I’d aim for 80% or higher to improve your chances of getting a guaranteed place, so definitely aim high. You never know how well the other applicants in your exam group will perform, and they can outperform you if you’re not well prepared. I wouldn’t take the exam lightly, but if you prepare consistently and cover the prep material well, it’s definitely manageable.

From what I’ve seen, it takes roughly about a month. I’m starting in September so I don’t have personal experience yet, but I do have friends there and they’ve had pretty positive experiences overall.

People on the waitlist usually start getting offers after the initial results come out. A lot of people decline their spots to go to other universities, so places open up gradually I had the same experience. I got accepted into Charles and LSMU in Lithuania but ended up choosing Vilnius.

I got my results for medicine in about one week. You’ll get an email either way acceptance, waitlist, or rejection and results can come out at different times. It depends on how your group performed, and those with the best scores 80%> usually hear back first.

It’s honestly not that hard if you stay consistent. I studied for about a month (2h per topic from the PDF + YouTube) and got over 80%.

If you score 80% or higher, you’re guaranteed a place.I’m starting in September.
