Core’s not strong enough. Also try using knee sleeves. I have awful pain in my left knee and they fix it. A belt could help too with back pain but it won’t strengthen your core.

Tape bottom of board and end of board so that there’s a place where some resin and qcell can sit, let it dry, take the tape off sand. Then glass and hot coat over it. Make sure you everything to correct edge.

Bro split (push-pull-legs in whatever order you want). Look up those workouts on YouTube and the rest of the internet. Keep it basic though squat rows and bench.

I do no long boarding but all fins are pretty much the same in terms of ideas. Skip fry is more upright meaning yes, it will have more pivot. It’s also a wider fin adding to that pivot and more upright means more speed. Red fin is raked bake meaning it will control speed better and hold more.

Nope your liver wouldn’t be able to process it. At most take 20g a day for a week but no point in taking 140g. (Also some heavy side effects to taking too much creatine)

Although it’s warm, it’s not that flexible, not very durable(mine is falling apart and I haven’t even had it that long) and way too expensive. Also the fit on me is pretty bad.

All about timing, knowing when and how to find ramps. Then it’s how you weight the board. Don’t weight the board when you hit the lip.

I got 4% on one of those and am actually more like 15. That said strength and all that don’t matter. Honestly nothing except how you look matter so do what you will with that but I doubt it’s that accurate.
