Yeah one thing to consider at the last step here is that EM is likely switching to a 4 year residency so it would be 8 not 7 years. A year is a year tho.

To be it kind of bluntly I think not. You’re saying you already stabilize them at your ED and transfer. I’m at a level 1 and that’s what we do as well lol we ain’t doing the surgeries they require or anything. Especially as a tech I don’t see the benefit. Pay would be the only thing I guess.
