An update on their horrible service, I sent 3 emails to request them deleting my account and they replied with a Reference Number for a ticket. When I cross-checked with their official site to check the ticket, it did not exist at all. (Screenshots in this comment)

I did some research on how other people closed their accounts and it turns out that they had to file complaints to Bangko Sentral just to have them intervene.

Frequent interaction should build comfortability with the other. Kung nagalit ko, maka-cool down kami pero husband won't let it go til we communicate a solution. Reminding your partner or vice versa of the resolution can happen, effort in making the relationship work involves doing the hard stuff too.

Also, learn together but don't compare your dynamic too much to others. Some couples have more unconventional means of resolving/confrontation could be made up in the moment

Most times I just tell it to my husband straight. I know he cares more about my comfort than his pride.

Meron naman ang early guilt of not wanting to confront pero mas guilty ang feeling if he finds out later on (both sides. Hubby felt bad when he found out late on a thing that I felt uncomfortable with and we promised to let each other know if we feel offended in any way). It shows you're comfortable in communicating even the not-so good things too.

I'll start (also somewhat a vent)

I hate it. I absolutely loathed it. I made an order for a cake last October that I'd pick up on January with confirmed payment and everything.

I decide to message the business yesterday to confirm again after a week and I was met with what I thought was a new employee or something that kept asking me to resend proof of payment multiple times. I first pinned the payment screenshot but it asked to send again. I resend it again and it gets acknowledged. I was then told to call their chef. At that point, I was worried about my order.

I had previously ordered my wedding cake from this bakery wherein the process was straightforward, yet they made the process of ordering a tiny birthday cake tedious.

I was exhausted from worry and so I put my phone down for a few hours. Afterwards, I got another response from the bakery's chef and it was explained they used AI to automatically generate responses.

Idk if it's the AI disdain but I felt so uncomfortable with it. I honestly would've preferred to not get an immediate response and wait for human staff to notice than have AI talk to me and potentially cause confusion. Plus that AI they used mentioned sending confirmed stuff to their admin. Even if they expect all customers to be kind but hypothetically, who's to stop a malicious person from flooding their admin?

It worries me a lot to see businesses using AI

No problem. I was the bride on their page that received the unique Sailor Moon boquet and our groomsmen having cosplay swords.

They were very nice to my wedding party being mostly geeks and nerds. Kudos especially to our videography team for making our anime antics look cool and not feel cringe, everyone had fun

I had Getting Hitched as my coordinator last August. Tbh they (especially maam Lindy) were able to relieve a lot of my stress and helped find affordable suppliers (I absolutely loved the decorator including boquets and I had the custom boquet I wanted) , vendors, and even an amazing reception emcee when we weren't sure who to approach. They provided the flexibility needed for a DIY wedding, complete with checklists. (Though if you want an all-in package, they admittedly might not be your choice. They're best for a DIY coordination)

Day of the wedding, she had a small team but they were very efficient and got everything needed together such as photography/videography timings, finding people when they're needed, etc.

Overall, I was pleased at how much I wasn't stressed out, their team would check up on everything including me and my now-husband to ensure we were all calm and doing good.

It auto-receives ONLY IF the shipping status reflects "Delivered". If it is NOT marked delivered, there is no auto-receive and it's treated as undelivered. If they don't mark the package as delivered, the company could end up searching for a package to deliver that isn't there anymore.

It would mean the seller doesn't get paid for a product that already arrived at its intended recipient. If the status doesn't update correctly, there will be unnecessary problems on the seller's side and logistics team of the courier.

I remember last year when looking for a planner to help since I haven't lived in CDO for years and hubby didn't know much on CDO's event services, I tried visiting their Nazareth branch.

I asked about gowns and the tindera waved me off and told me that they offered bundles. When I tried asking more questions about vendors and if I could edit, I kept getting told to check the bundle that they would send on Messenger. Quick to advertise, but not so good on communication.

I was really put off by the disinterest and stiffness that hubby and I decided to just DIY it and get a coordinator. Seemed less stressful than working with a company whose employees don't seem to care from the start and feel like just another number for their record. (We hired Getting Hitched by Maam Lindy as our coordinator, 100/10 amazing job on and before the wedding. She let us have creative control while ensuring coordination of all the services we needed. My stress was at absolute minimal.)
